Term: The initial term states that the design services shall begin upon the Customer's receipt of the Design Membership under this agreement. It was proposed to continue until the last day of the calendar month upon the first renewal of the term. Thereafter, the services will be automatically renewed for an additional 3 month term unless either party provides the other with a notice to the contrary at least 21 days before the end of the current term to terminate the membership.
